This Ministerial Directive requires that all Health and Social Services Authorities use the standard physician contract, as negotiated between the GNWT and the Northwest Territories Medical Association and set out in the Memorandum of Settlement and Agreement dated November 27, 2024, when setting the terms and conditions of a physician’s employment.
