Ministerial Directive - Medical Assistance in Dying Guidelines for the NWT

This Ministerial Directive requires that all Health and Social Services Authorities follow the Medical Assistance in Dying Guidelines for the Northwest Territories (Guidelines) for the provision of medical assistance in dying in the Northwest Territories (NWT).
